The owner was a property investor from overseas, who was looking into furnishing his property investments with the most basic things, yet still wanted a design that would attract long term rental tenants. The dining room was inspired by a design previously done by our designers. The mirrors are positioned in such a way, that it creates light, texture, space and character to the entire space. The overall design of the house is clean, uncluttered which has the right look and feel to be a space tenants can call home.
