How do you charge?

Firstly, opt for a rough quotation by filling up the details as required under' CALCULATE PROJECT PRICE FOR FREE'. Once you are comfortable with the costings shown, our consultants will study your development's location to understand your potential buyers or tenants, the layout type & size, developer provided furnishings (kitchen cabinets, airconds, etc.), as well as items you may have that could be reused. We will then provide you with a final costing by our consultants!

How much time does renovation takes?

Our transformations are complete within 30 working days after the first 50% has been paid, we have the renovation permit to commence works & we have the keys to your unit.

Will you help me find a tenant?

Definitely! Our in house PropEasy agents are experienced and professional , specialising in sourcing for tenants ! Do note that there is the standard one month commission fees for any successful rental transaction.

What locations does your services cover ?

We only cover Klang valley and Hồ Chi Ming city for now! Please stay tuned for more market openings soon ;)

What if I want to design and live in my home?

This will be done by our seperate team: Our BuildEasy team will be more than happy to assist you with this!

What kind of rental rates can I expect?

While we are aware that rental depends on the market conditions and many other factors, we are confident that our in-depth market analysis and PropEasy team will be able to help you get your units rented out 100% of the time in the shortest possible timeframe based on market rates. The higher the rental rate you might want to achieve, it might take longer to rent out your unit as we are in a very price sensitive market now!

What if I want to sell my property?

Yes we do, please reach out and allow our consultants to advise you accordingly. Depending on your location, our PropEasy domestic and global team will be able to market your properties to a global audience of ten countries.

Why can I only pick themes for my designs instead of custom designs specifically for my unit?

We allow our consultants to transform your property based on our strategy analysis . The venue, targeted tenant profiles are all very important factors. Based on our formula, we will stick to your themes with our team providing you with that surprise magic touch.
