This is the second time around working with this client. We originally did one of his units, which he managed to sell off as soon as we were done renovating it. This 2 and half story unit was empty when we entered, in fact it had been empty for the past 3 years. He was looking into adding the necessaries into the space, preparing it for short or long term rental. The kitchen is the main and most important element in the renovation of this home. Buildeasy designed a kitchen that is sleek and modern, complimenting the clean design of the entire home. With the simple furniture chosen, the unit is now ready to be rented out to the next family!
