The client was looking to inject playful personality into a simple 2 bedroom home, to be able to rent it long-term. The feature wall at the living area adds bit more pow to the space, while using more toned down and simple furniture. The transition between the living room and the adjacent corner sitting space is seamless, a design choice made to accommodate the client’s fondness for relaxed spaces. The renovation was completed within 3 weeks, giving our client a complete home, ready to be rented out immediately.
